How is verification usage calculated?
Per completed check, not per frame and not per attempt. A result that does not pass is still a check we ran, so it is metered. A session abandoned before any check produced a result is not. Liveness and the identity document check are two separate products at two separate prices, so a session that runs both is metered twice: $1.25 for the liveness check and $1.50 for the document check, $2.75 in total. Sandbox traffic on a test key is never metered.
What does Enterprise actually mean here?
It is a conversation, not a feature list. The product is the same: the same two checks, the same API, the same widget. What changes is commercial and configuration: the unit price of each check, an included allowance if we agree one, a monthly ceiling and what happens above it, how long identity documents are kept, and how you are invoiced. If you need something that is not on this page, ask us. We will tell you whether we can do it today rather than list it here first.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum commitment required. Pay-per-verification pricing lets you start small and scale as needed without any upfront costs or long-term contracts.
What payment methods do you accept?
Invoices are issued per billing period and the payment options available to your account are shown at checkout. If you need a specific arrangement, ask us before you sign up and we will tell you plainly whether we can support it.
